Additional Guests:

All rates posted are for two guests. Additional guests are charged as follows:
ALL children under 12 years old are charged $15 per person per night.
Any additional older children or adults are charged $35 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 2 weeks prior to the reservation your deposit will be refunded less 25% processing fee.
Within 2 weeks of the reservation the entire deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance due will be charged to the credit card on file.

Special Events Cancellation Policy:

For special events such as graduations, college weekends, SPAC concerts, regattas, and the entirety of track season, there is NO cancellation allowed.  You will be responsible for the entire balance of the reservation which will be charged to the credit card you have authorized on file.

Check In/Out:

Check in is from 3:00pm – 8:00pm.
Check out is by 11:00am.

Allergies/Medical Concerns:

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies and/or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed due to allergies. ADA certified service dogs are accepted, please give us a call ahead of time so we can best accommodate you.

Deposit:

American Express is not accepted.
For one nights stays, the entire charge will be processed at the time of confirmation.
For two or more night stays, a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of confirmation.

Extras:

Cribs are not available.
Extra beds are not available.
