Welcome to The Saratoga Farmstead B&B!  We take great pride in providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests from around the country and around the world.

Location. The Saratoga Farmstead is just 2 miles from Broadway in Saratoga Springs, yet it seems a world away. Peace and quiet in a natural 10-acre setting is offered while the proximity to all major Saratoga Springs attractions is a key to the B&B’s success.

Atmosphere. The farmhouse has an old fashioned ambiance and is filled with antiques, books and works of art.  Porches, decks and beautiful outdoor spaces, including nature paths, help define the atmosphere that brings guests to visit time after time. A short drive from New York City and Boston, the relaxing setting is a perfect weekend getaway to Saratoga Springs.

Great Food. Delicious breakfasts are served at the Saratoga Farmstead. We have become well known for our flavorful, fresh, locally sourced and ever changing breakfast menu.  We also are able to create breakfasts fitting any and all dietary needs.  All guests are also offered complimentary wines, local beers, non-alcoholic beverages and snacks each and every day.

Knowledgeable Owners. Owners Mariana and Rosemary happily share their knowledge of Saratoga and the surrounding areas.  This includes information on the local hidden gems, must-see attractions, and the best places to eat.  All guests are encouraged to get the most of their visit to this beautiful area, whether that means lounging in the hammock with a good book or attending a performance at SPAC.

Eco-friendly. The Saratoga Farmstead is one of just 18 Gold Rated Audubon Green Properties in the entire United States.The 10-acre property has also been declared an Audubon Cooperative Wildlife Refuge and has been recognized for protecting the environment and saving natural resources.  We provide habitat for a multiple birds, Monarch butterflies and native animals. We also implement green practices whenever we can.

History. Built in 1860, the property has evolved over the years and is rumored to have once been a part of the Underground Railroad. While more and more new hotels pop up in the growing Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga Farmstead remains a unique slice of history with its calming and relaxing farmhouse charm.
